Listing guidelines.

Who can list

To be listed, a company should meet all of the following:

• A real, operating business. The company must actually exist and be in operation. Submissions must be made by someone authorized to represent it.
• In the oil and gas industry. The company must operate in, supply, or provide services to the oil and gas industry, upstream, midstream, oilfield services, equipment, or support.
• Working the Permian Basin. The company must have a presence in, or actively serve, the Permian Basin of West Texas and southeastern New Mexico.
• One listing per company. Each business gets a single listing. Duplicate or double listings for the same company are not allowed.
• Accurate and current information. Details must be truthful and kept up to date. You can edit your listing any time by email.

What is not allowed

• Fake, placeholder, test, or misleading listings.
• Duplicate listings for a company already in the directory.
• Companies not related to the oil and gas industry.
• Companies with no presence in, and no services provided to, the Permian Basin.
• Lead-generation sites, aggregators, and directories that resell or route inquiries rather than doing the work themselves.
• Unlawful, deceptive, spam, or offensive content.

How review works

Every submission and edit is verified by email and reviewed by our team before it goes live, usually within a business day. We may edit a listing for formatting, clarity, or category placement.

Our discretion

We reserve the right to decline, edit, suspend, or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Meeting these guidelines does not guarantee a listing will be published or kept. For the full terms, see our terms of service and disclaimer.
