Baker Tubulars

Baker Tubulars is a pipe supplier dealing in new and used oil country tubular goods (OCTG) alongside line pipe, structural pipe and HDPE poly pipe. Stock covers oil, gas, water, mining, construction and agriculture applications. Pipe is supplied anywhere in the United States and Canada, with delivery or pick-up from the company's stocking locations.

Sizes by product line

Casing and tubing

Casing runs 4 1/2 inch through 9 5/8 inch in STC, LTC, BTC, semi-premium, premium and flush joint, and 10 3/4 inch through 20 inch in STC, LTC, BTC, semi-premium and premium. Casing grades include H40, J55, L80, HC-L80, HC-P110, HC-Q125, 13Chr85 and 22-42Chr. Tubing runs 2 3/8 inch through 4 1/2 inch in EUE 8rd, semi-premium, premium and flush joint, in grades J55, N80, L80, P110, 13Chr85, 13Chr110 and 22-42Chr. Both are carried new to API spec and as used inspected pipe.

Macaroni tubing, the small-diameter API 5CT pipe used in workovers, well injection and artificial gas lift, is stocked in 1 inch (1.315 inch OD), 1 1/4 inch (1.66 inch OD), 1 1/2 inch (1.90 inch OD) and 2 1/16 inch OD, in EUE 10rd, IJ 10rd and CS Hydril connections.

Drill pipe and line pipe

Drill pipe, drill collars and hevi-wate run 1 1/2 inch to 6 5/8 inch with API tool joints in grades E75, X95, G105 and S135, available new, as used premium double white band inspected, or as used yellow band inspected. API, High Torque and DS connections are offered. Applications named for the drill pipe line include oil and gas exploration, water well drilling, geothermal drilling, mining, geotechnical surveys and foundation work.

Line pipe is supplied in seamless and welded (LSAW and ERW) forms from 2 inch to 60 inch, in single, double and triple random lengths, to standard API 5L grades. End finishes are plain end bevel, threaded and Victaulic grooved, with fusion bond epoxy and ARO external coatings.

Used, structural and poly pipe

Used oilfield pipe is sold by inspection band: white, yellow, blue, green and red band. Red band and structural pipe is used oilfield pipe repurposed for fencing, gates, cattle guards, horse arenas, corrals, feedlots, pilings and frameworks, in sizes from 1/2 inch to 48 inch.

HDPE poly pipe is carried in all SDR grades from 1 inch to 12 inch for water distribution, gas lines, slurry transport in mining, cable conduit, irrigation, and oilfield flowlines and gathering lines. For water wells, the company supplies casing for wall support and tubing for fluid extraction.

Pipe services and coatings

Pipe services offered are inspection, lining, coating and threading. Corrosion protection options include epoxy and nylon internal plastic coatings, chrome and IPC internally lined casing and tubing, and fiberglass lined tubing and casing in 2 3/8 inch to 4 1/2 inch.
