Charger Services is an oilfield and civil construction company based in Midland, Texas, founded in 2012 and grown to around 200 employees across multiple divisions. The company builds drilling locations, lease roads, frac ponds, and facility pads, and runs surface and conductor drilling with Schramm rigs, setting surface casing and drilling ratholes and mouseholes ahead of the main rig. Its pipeline division fabricates and installs both poly and steel pipe, and additional divisions cover pit lining, fencing, asphalt paving, managed pressure drilling, and environmental consulting and remediation. Charger works the Midland and Delaware Basins across West Texas and southeast New Mexico, and has extended into the Haynesville, Eagle Ford, Bakken, and Niobrara plays.
