Equipment and products

Equipment centers on drill string and fluid control hardware, including float valves, drill pipe screens for filtration and baffle plates. Float valves are offered in four models across plunger and flapper styles:

• Model F: plunger valve for positive and instant shutoff of drilling fluids, stopping back flow when making connections and keeping cuttings out of the drill string
• Model FA: plunger valve with a ported plunger that also allows automatic partial filling of the drillpipe while running in
• Model G: quick-opening flapper valve built for maximum flow through the tool, suited to highly abrasive fluids and operating with primary blowout prevention equipment for internal pressure control
• Model GA: flapper valve carrying the Model G features plus a carbide orifice in the flapper mechanism, allowing automatic partial filling of the drillpipe and monitoring of differential pressure

Soap sticks include the HS-100D, a hard red stick supplied in a split cardboard tube. It is water soluble and combines surfactants formulated for drilling.
