Graco Oilfield Services is an oilfield fishing and rental services provider headquartered in Frisco, Texas, and established in 1978 in Vernal, Utah. Owned by the Rambo family for more than four decades, the company has grown through acquisitions across the Rocky Mountains, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, and expanded its Permian Basin footprint to seven locations following its 2020 acquisition of Gravity Oilfield Services' fishing and rental division. Graco provides open and cased hole fishing, pressure pumping, well completion and workover, circulation, and packer services, billed by day rate or job. It also offers rental tools, tubular rentals and handling tools, blowout preventers, casing jacks, whipstock systems, and specialty services such as casing cutting and milling, storage cavern remediation, and plug and abandonment.
