Oryx Midstream

Oryx Midstream is a midstream crude oil logistics provider based in Midland, Texas, serving the Permian Basin. Founded in 2013, the company grew from a start-up asset into a full-service midstream company focused on crude oil gathering, transmission, and storage. In October 2021, Oryx merged its assets, operations, and commercial activities into a newly formed joint venture with Plains All American, called Plains Oryx Permian Basin, and it provides oversight of the joint venture through its role on the joint operating committee and board. The company's system has included crude oil gathering and transmission pipeline and storage terminals spanning counties in Texas and New Mexico.
