The company runs custom-built recirculating mixing systems with full data acquisition and micromotion mass meters, and high-pressure QPA-1000 quintuplex cement pumps driven by Caterpillar C-18 engines, rated to handle the higher pressures needed to set liner hangers, packers, and inflatable tools on modern horizontal wells. Its bulk material handling uses a vacuum load and pressure blending system with silo capacity of 25,000 sacks and calibrated digital scales, and its cement blends meet or exceed Texas Railroad Commission standards for fluid loss, free water, and compressive strength.
