West Texas Cementers, LLC (WTC) is a well cementing company founded in 2018, operating in the Permian Basin from its administrative office and bulk plant in Odessa, Texas. The company provides primary well cementing from surface to long-string production casing, along with remedial services such as plug and abandonment and squeeze jobs, in-house laboratory testing, and around-the-clock dispatch. WTC runs new, purpose-built equipment for longer laterals, including cement pumps powered by dual Caterpillar C15 engines with Jason high-pressure pumps, batch mixers, bulk transport trailers, and a 47,000 cubic foot cement bulk plant.
