West Texas Safety Training Center

West Texas Safety Training Center (WTSTC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 1994 by the Permian Basin oil and gas industry to provide safety training for area workers. The center offers OSHA-required employee training along with certification programs such as confined space entry, Texas electrical safety, and HAZWOPER.

WTSTC is located at 11900 W Interstate 20 E in Odessa, Texas, and also offers online classes. Member training records are stored in a searchable database accessible 24 hours a day.
